Since 2017, Rinat Gazit has been serving as an external director, bringing her extensive experience as a board member in various public and private companies. Over the years, in addition to being an experienced board member she has demonstrated her proficiency as a manager overseeing mergers and acquisitions, as well as investment operations within some of Israel's leading corporations spanning a diverse array of sectors, including energy, natural resources, security, real estate, and finance.

Since October 2018, Rinat Gazit has been an independent member of the board of directors, as well as a member in both the audit and financial statements committees.

Ms. Gazit has an extensive experience as a board member in Israel and aboard and she is bringing to Delta her corporate governance experience as well as a vast and diversified experience in the business arena.

Since 2000 Ms. Gazit has been working with the most distinguished groups in Israel, leading large cross border transactions as well as three IPOs on AIM of London Stock Exchange. Between the years 2015 and 2021, Ms. Gazit has served as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Ormat Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ORA) executing transactions in the renewable energy sector exceeding USD1.1 billion. Prior to Ormat, Ms. Gazit held senior positions at a number of leading international investment groups, including the Beny Steinmetz Group of Companies (BSG), Shikun & Binui of The Arison Group, Poalim Capital Markets, GP Minerals of the Peterburg Group of Companies and Magal Security Systems Ltd.

Ms. Gazit has served on several corporate boards, including Excellence Investment House Ltd., Mellisron Ltd., Vitania Real Estate Ltd., Ratio Petroleum, DBS Satellite Services (YES), Aeronautics Ltd., Panaxia and companies associated with the Caesarea Edmond Benjamin de Rothschild Foundation. Ms. Gazit was also a member of the board at Ion Acquisition Corp A and B which have been merged into Taboola and Innovid.

Ms. Gazit holds a double bachelor degree in political science and in sociology and anthropology from Haifa University. She also hold an MSc from the Coller School of Management — Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University in Israel.
