Between the years 2015 and 2021, Ms. Gazit has served as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Ormat Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ORA) executing transactions in the renewable energy sector exceeding USD1.1 billion. Prior to Ormat, Ms. Gazit held senior positions at a number of leading international investment groups, including the Beny Steinmetz Group of Companies (BSG), Shikun &amp; Binui of The Arison Group, Poalim Capital Markets, GP Minerals of the Peterburg Group of Companies and Magal Security Systems Ltd.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Ms. Gazit has served on several corporate boards, including Excellence Investment House Ltd., Mellisron Ltd., Vitania Real Estate Ltd., Ratio Petroleum, DBS Satellite Services (YES), Aeronautics Ltd., Panaxia and companies associated with the Caesarea Edmond Benjamin de Rothschild Foundation. Ms. Gazit was also a member of the board at Ion Acquisition Corp A and B which have been merged into Taboola and Innovid.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Ms. Gazit holds a double bachelor degree in political science and in sociology and anthropology from Haifa University.
